whin 463 Posted February 25, 2010 Report Share Posted February 25, 2010 been stopped several times over the years ,localy were i was brought up it was what you up to lamping ra bbs , they would say ,u better no be after the lairds deer i say no rabbs ,and on we went now in the borders they have informers tell tales , one saturday nite i get stopped good gear on etc coming home for a mates farm,they folowed me to petrol staiton, and asked what you doing , i says putting diesel in the car ,he radios this pc swinburn guy , what have i to stop him for , 10 second reply poaching rabbits hare and deer ,i says no problem ,he checks the van ,then asks to open the back i says fine ,he looks in the back of the van ,WERES THE DOGS THEY GOT THE BUS HOME ,THEY SAYS WHATS THE SHREDDED PAPER FOR I SAYS GOT A COLONY OF HAMSTERS HE LAUGHED I SAYS GIVE ME YOUR RADIO IM GOING TO SEE SWINBURN ,HE SAYS NO JUST LEAVE IT , I LAUGHED AND WENT HOME ,THEN ANOTHER NITE THEY WAITED OUT SIDE MY PRIVATE ROAD , SAME AGAIN WERE YOU BEEN WERES THE DOGS ,I SAYS YOU ARE ON PRIVATE LAND PARKED UP SLEEPING DOES YOUR SEARGANT KNOW YOU ARE HIDING HERE HE SAYS THIS IS WHAT WE ARE DOING , I SAYS WELL GET OF MY ROAD THEY SAYS ITS THE FARM ROAD I SAYS FROM MY HOUSE TO HERE ITS COMMUNAL , ANY WAY TOOK THERE NAM E AND NUMBER WENT TO THE HEAD INSPECTOT ,TOLD THEM LOCAL PAPERS ARE GOING TO KNOW THAT YOU ARE ,HARRASING A LAW ABIDING CITIZEN AND PESTCONTROLER GOING ABOUT HIS JOB ,ON HIS OWN LAND ,NEVE RHEARD OF JIM AGAIN ,BUT THE AREA WERE I AM IS RIFE WITH POLICE INFORMERS BAILIFFES AND JEALOUS PEOPLE WERE IN THE MINERS VILLAGES I WAS BROUGHT UP IN A CODE OF SILENCE , ANY WAY TALLYO AND LIFE GOES ON Quote Link to post Share on other sites

Went to magistrates court and pleaded not guilty and asked for trial at crown court. 2 days before I was due in magistrates again for commital I get a call from my brief saying charges have been dropped so they obviously realised that it was a waste of time and if it reached the papers about the helicopter etc they would look sh**!
