SNAP SHOT 194
i always zero at 100 yards, and you still still be able to point and shoot out to about 150... but to be bang on i adjust the elevation as i've got droptables done out on the butler creek caps, but if its a quick shot i just point and shoot... ATB. Snap. Quote Link to post
bob.243 7,524
Have a look on the net Allydog, there are lots of write ups and ballistic tables on there. Quote Link to post
yorksjt 0
I zero mine at 1" high at 100 yards. I use Federal 100 grain but put some grain through and the differance at that range with my shooting wasn't noticeable. Quote Link to post

Dan Newcombe 58
I often zero at 50 yard bang on. Purely because this takes some of the variable out. Then take it back to 100 and it should be just a touch high. This will do you for stalking ranges Just how i do it but its simple Quote Link to post

It will pass down through the line of site at about 140yrds(assuming MV of 3000fps). How high is your scope above the barrel? Edited December 17, 2009 by rjimmer Quote Link to post
