No matter how hard he tried to forget about it he couldn't the guilt and sense of betrayal were over whelming, but every now and again he heard a re-assuring voice in his head that said. " Don't worry about it Dave, you aren't the 1st medical practitioner to sleep with one of his patients and you wont be the last, just let it go" But invariably another voice in his head would bring him back to reality whispering....
