Ive been bouncing around Europe for the last 5 Yrs.god it'l be nice to settle down for a while.. Only problem is my dogs,they have to come with me as I wont leave them behind..Any one know how difficult its gonna be??..but they are coming regardless of cost.. border lad 1,047 Posted September 30, 2009 Report Share Posted September 30, 2009 yes I lived there for a number of years, was and still is a beautiful country, LEAVE YOUR DOGS HERE, CLIMATE,, YOUR DOGS WILL BLOW UP WITH THE HEAT, 2/ Ticks, they are very dangerous out there, even very dangerous to humans =BILORIA blood turns to water, and the ground is Rock hard, your dogs would be crippled the first real run they had, like running them on the road, SNAKES,= SPITTING COBRA, AND RINCALS, ONLY TWO TO MENTION and vet fees out there are very expensive, by all means go and see some beautiful country, its a Mans world, not a place for a white woman, Quote Link to post Share on other sites
longdog2000 1 Posted October 1, 2009 Author Report Share Posted October 1, 2009 Thanks for the reply, I should have mentioned my dogs are in Andalucia,so the ground it very similar.And they are acclimatised for heat up to the high 40's As for the Snakes,thats what i'm going for,Ive been a Herpetologist proffesionally for the last 18 yrs.Im a bit tired of working in Europe so Il be running a venom extraction unit in SA.
