The Badsworth & Bramham Terrier & Lurcher Show held on Sunday 8th July defied the wet weather - but was held under cover - just in case. A good entry made for a competitive and enjoyable day. Mr G. O'Brian's 'Cassie' was judged Terrier Puppy Champion and his 'Jack' took the Reserve Puppy Champion rosette Qualifying for Cock of the North Finals - Champion Terrier - Iain Dickson's 'Haggis' Reserve Champion Terrier - Mr Fraser's 'Thistle' Champion Lurcher - Margaret Hague's 'Jed' Reserve Champion Lurcher - Colin Baker's 'Toad' Thanks go to the hosts, judges and supporte -

You can book a cabin or static at the show i think Moll and it's got all mod cons,camping aloud as well pre booked i think.Cafe and bar on site and the raffle ain't to bad either . Whisperingeye you coming then?

staveley hound, beagle, terrier and lurcher show at stavley near kendal ,south cumbria on the sunday the 29th of july terrier classes are border dog -bitch - pup lakeland type dog-bitch -pup jackrussel dog-bitch -pup veteran terrier terrier couples normal lurcher classes as well a sperate bull cross class there will be refreshment and drink sold many thanks matty ps a contact number will be put up shortly -
I am dissapointed to report the Gamefair Due to Take Place at Bakewell Derbyshire This Weekend 30th June/1st July Has Been Cancelled. I'm not sure of the reason but SGF Events have announced the cancellation through their web-site http://www.sgfevents.co.uk I was looking forward to going too
