Just putting the finishing touches to the plans for the Irish Game & Country Fair at Birr which promises to be one of the best yet in terms of attractions, competitions, prize funds and range of trade stands. Feaghbridge Dog Track, is situated on the outskirts of Coalisland Co Tyrone, and lies on the shores of Lough Neagh This dog track is purpose built, and is primarily designed to be the ultimate test for the racing dog, whilst at the same time offering one of the safest tracks in the country for dogs to run on. hi lads just wondering the judges that judged moria last year are these the same judges that are judging borris next week, at first it was the rathbeggan club organising the terrier and lurcher events now i see that its the roscrea club organising the terrier and lurcher events ? have the organisers of the terrier and lurcher show been changed ? does this mean the judges have been changed ?

Man O War Dog Show gets its name from a townland between Keady and Castleblaney, and this is where the Man O War dog show took place last Saturday 21st July. With its spectacular views of the surrounding countryside,and in the shadow of Clay Lake,herds of cows and sheep could be seen far away on the hillside enjoying the freedom of the summer. The weather kept up and the attendance was good. The show was well organised, and it was evident that a lot of hard work was carried out behind the scenes to make this show a success and enjoyable for everybody.And enjoyable it certainly was. Had a great days craic yesterday at the Sporting Whippet Club of Northern IrelandS Dog Show held at Dunsilly Kennells, Belfast. The weather was just OK, but still did not rain to we were on our way home. It was nice to see such a good turnout of Whippets. The amount of Whippet pups in the ring this year is just amazing, and all top quality pups. The whippet breed has really taken off over this last 5 years. Back then when you went to an open show you were lucky if you seen 5 or 6 whippets in the ring. Now there is 14 and some times 18 or 19 in the ring at a time. Its just brilliant to see thi

I have been asked by the organisers to inform you : It is that time of year again for the Annual Man-O-War charity show this Saturday 21st July, at Castleblaney RD, Keady, Co Armagh in the field just across the road from Clay lake (Directly Opposite ) All proceeds go to NDCS (National Deaf Childrens Society) All the usual classes for Whippet,lurcher,Terriers and strongdogs Entries from 10.30 with racing to start at 12 sharp..
