fell and moorland working terrier club pennine area are holding a charity terrier and lurcher show on september 5th, 100% of the funds raised are going to Macmillan nurses and overgate hospice which everyone can agree are great causes. all the usual classes as well as bedlington whippet and bull x the show is to be held at the causeway foot inn ogden, hx2 8xx so come on everyone come down and show your support for two really good charities. judging starts at 1pm thanks adam

The Finals of The Cock Of The North Terrier and Lurcher Championship, will be held at Wolsingham show, DL13 3JG on Sunday 6th September 2015. 11.30am start. Young Handlers Final, followed by Cock Of The North Final, Terriers and Lurchers at 12 noon. Limited number of tickets can be obtained from Ron Hodgson on 01287 676249 £4 each ( £10 on the gate ). Anyone been to Peover today? The Cheshire angling and game fair. It was a lot better than I expected. Plenty for the kids, lots of stands and plenty of good food and drink. We had a good day... Trying on some caps... Littleun found a suspect hole, lol... Cool down with a beer...

Cottesmore hunt are holding an open day at the kennels Eastfield farm LE15 7LJ with a terrier and lurcher show and a family dog show on the 30th August starting from 12pm. With qualifiers for countryman weekly earth dog running dog and NWTF. Also £50 for the champion terrier and champion lurcher.
