NL&RC SHOW AT BAKEWELL THIS SUNDAY 24 JUNE 2012 IS STILL ON,DESPITE LIES POSTED ELSEWHERE -
A warm invitation is extended to English working dog owners to come and compete in the 25th All Ireland Terrier & Lurcher Championships at our 50th Irish Game Fair at Shanes Castle on the 7th & 8th July. All competitions except the Master Mc Grath Final are open to all and the prizes are unrivalled in either Scotland or Ireland. With special ferry & accommodation rates available why not try for an All Ireland Racing Title on the Saturday or an All Ireland Show Title on the Sunday. The lurcher champion goes forward to the Five Nations Championships at our other fair at Birr Castle, -

this is a great little show many qualifiers for the big shows for lurchers and terriers will be a few trade stands there as well and a very good pint in the club and good bit of crack hope to see a few people there cheers huggy89 -

Here is a few photo's from The Hunting Life Forum Meet of 2012. A really great time was had by everyone that attended, some new friendships were fordged over the weekend. On a personal note i would like to thank Davy, Si, Chaz for organizing the event. The venue was perfect and the Nottinghamshire weather kind to us. . Early in the evening i was lucky enough to win a prize in the raffle, thankfully i had won early enough in the draw for the signed Chelsea shirt not to have been taken so i claimed that.
