As the title says, this year's show will be held on Sunday 2nd September 2012 Open terrier and lurcher show to be held after the Cock of the North Finals - there will be the usual terrier and lurcher classes I will post up the schedule of classes soon Thanks

Unfortuantley we have been to forced to cancel the show sunday 5th august. They are unable to get onto the field to cut the grass. Once again we are sorry for this decision

South Notts 2nd Annual Terrier/Lurcher Show with Simulated Coursing and Straight Racing. To start approx 9.am. Showing 1pm Qualifiers for Countrymans Weekly Terriers/Lurchers, NL&RC Chatsworth for both Racing and Showing and EDRD for Entered Terrier,Bull X,Working Lurcher. To be held at Longmoor Ln showground, Breaston, Derby DE72 3BB. Bar and Food available, none food trade stands very welcome. This is my second attempt at putting on a friendly local show just 5mins of jnc25 of the M1 Large showground with plenty of ringside parking, good length Straight Racing and Coursing. for more -

IM looking for permission in south yorkshire to shoot.im willing to help out with farm work no matter what time of year for permission to shoot vermin. if you can offer me anything would be very greatful. i have a little farm work under my belt. i understand how hard it is to run a farm and to gain the trust of a stranger on your land.im willing to prove my self just for the chance i may be allowed you permission to shoot your vermin. im willing to give a bit of work for you and to keep your vermin down to a min. you will alway get first offer of anything in the game bag. so please if you can -

Hi members , me and three other guys are looking to cycle from from nottingham to skegness camping over three nights and arriving on the fourth day. Where hoping to to do this with some of the thl members help with a days hunting ,fishing ,shooting ,trapping and possibley some wild food foraging over each night and day ,i will be trying to film as much of our activities as possible and make a short amature video. We are looking to leave from nottingham around 1St september heading and staying the night around newark , our second day will have us heading for lincoln ,the third for horncastle -

I know this is short notice but just got to know about it last Sunday. There is a Game and Country Fair to be held at Sedgfield Racecourse on Saterday 21st July 2012. Entrance £5 OAP £2.50 There will be Trade and Craft Stalls Food Market Foxhounds & Beagles Displays Clay Pigeon Shooting Terrier and Lurcher Show comencing 12pm or there abouts?
