Let them call people conspiracy nuts because at the end of the day, when it's to late they will realise they've been had.

For diabetics the spike in glucose can cause many problems but glucose is controlled in non diabetics, by insulin, so not a problem.

But you can be insulin resistant without being diabetic

Ah, from a medical viewpoint we would need to separate the hallucinations from the delusions.. can have very different causes and treatments , whilst both give a false reality one is a false sensory perception whilst the other is a false belief.

Mind if you start having both your fecked?

So survival of the fittest an all that malarkey is out the window then?

Bit like a lot of the popular conspiracy theories this debate. Is it possible that they exist - yes. Is it probable - definitely not. But those that try and convince us of the highly improbable, present nothing in the way of credible evidence, but then also have the audacity to expect the sceptics to present evidence to prove they’re right. No wonder people think they’re mental.

The onus is on greyman to prove it yes,but he don't have to if he don't want to,hopefully he can refrain from biting with a few folk an he can get some evidence out.

Please stay on track, the  topic is long enough without wandering of into religion, big cats are a measurable living creature that are easily proven with good evidence. I'm happy to debate the likelihood of a small number of individuals rather than a large breeding population, don't need religion....

Glad your finally admitting your belief sandy, now we're getting somewere?

    Carryon......

Nobody sees a wallaby, it was just a reference to prior plausibility, ie we have good evidence of Wallabies in the UK but not big cats.

Ahhh but you've no evidence of nothing exploding 13.8 billion years ago do you sandy? Plenty of assumptions, but that's it.

I'm not looking a debate either just pointing out your a tad hypocritical, they might not be a big breeding population but there could be lone stragglers,an you can't prove it wrong either.

Yes Francie, I have…if I’m understanding you correctly,  you’re asking does eating 5 or 6 times a day have the same cons as steroid abuse. I said how could it? It’s a normal function. Long term overeating causes issue’s, but as we get older, I think we don’t need as much calories as we once did yet we consume the same.Yes changes in diet can help with inflammation issues.  I been interested in this area for a while now, just getting a grasp of it, but it requires a lot of discipline, When working I only have breakfast and dinner and only take water in between, maybe a coffee and it helps to keep the weight off and I don’t feel as sluggish.
look up Peter Atillia, he has a book coming out next year.  He is a good source of knowledge.

    Thank you voon,I will do.
