  1. Thank i.ve put it on private that was the first thing I did It works No it doesn't! Says it's been deleted?
  2. Any general tips on training for this kind of thing would be greatly appreciated by moi as well
  3. Use the uploader to put your pictures on photobucket. If I were you I'd set all your albums to private, by the way. Once the pics have uploaded, just pass your mouse over the photo and a selection will come up - the bottom one being IMG code. Click that bit to copy to code, then just paste that code into your post on here and bob's yer uncle
  4. Mine went totally flat - and I mean, pancake stylee ... charged it for 12 hours and hey presto, all good. Thank fuk!

Sigh. Anybody who shoves toy cars up his backside is suspect, I suppose.
  6. That was a bunch of West Coast-ers, silly buggers. I'm from Ontario, we don't do things like that there And never use the words 'daft' and 'hockey' in the same sentence :glare:
  7. now, now... English ladies are not like that yeah but lurchergrrl would have decked him Perhaps they aren't like that. But I'm Canadian
  8. They can take the piss but you know what the capabilities are don't you missus?
  9. Clatty b@stard, I'd have decked him as well
  10. Not to stick my spoon into the pot but does anybody else think it's in slightly bad taste to argue the gameness/origins etc of bull breeds on a thread about a whippet who was attacked by some knob's out of control dog? Maybe start a new thread ... they always turn into arguments anyway so you can do it there instead?
  11. Alright Lofti I do worry about him doing to ground, as yous call it. There's a fair few fox round here just now. If he went down a hole I have no idea what I'd do. Panic, cry, then call for help I guess He's wicked at killing flip flops tho (little b@stard), if that's any indication of what he's going to be like! I wouldn't call him and the whippet best mates: Dennis is a victim and the pup just decided that he was going to be his four legged chew toy. Thank God he's got a sound temperament. Don't know if you ever seen that cartoon, The Regular Show? The kids called him after the sm
  12. I agree with you there banjo. Because he's so young I daren't walk him just yet. Not the least because his legs are so small he'd probably collapse at the end of the road So I've been carrying him around on my mooches in a canvass bag :11: He goes where I go with my dogs, gets to see/hear/smell everything ... on the school run, to the shop, on the farm, in the woods. He just sits there with his head poking out the bag, watching everything and being coo-ed at by all and sundry. Paris Hilton ain't got nothing on my scruffy bag and my mongrel terrier!

Not an ounce of sympathy for a drunk driver
  14. Much better, ta Thanks fellas - I know he's cute, that's sort of how I ended up with him But he was so friggin' small at first I wondered wtf he was. Now I can see he's a border/jack mix I'm happier, I've always fancied borders. I suppose I'd better keep my eye on here and read up tho, else I'm likely to make a mess of things with him
  15. Raccoons are indeed very clever beasties, we had plenty where I lived. I came across a couple out in Vaouncouver once that were bigger than an average dog. They wouldn't let me pass them in the garden - I'd take a step, they'd take a step In the end I went back through the house and out the front door They can break into just about anything including houses, very deft with their paws. Got to be careful around them tho, a lot carry rabies. Cool thread Del Lucky you! Coon hounds, blue ticks etc, I've known them but never seen them in action. Maybe someday ...
  16. I don't even want to watch it
  17. Thanks for building up my confidence!
  18. Just wondering if anyone has/had this cross, and what sort of general temperament they have? Anything you can tell me about them? I've got one (I think ). He's only just going on about 7 weeks, I got him very very young - I'll spare you the circumstances, mostly because I'm fair certain you'd all take the piss I'm not bothered so much about his working potential but obviously it'd be nice if he would bush out a bit for my other two when we're mooching. Here he is in all his glory And his size in comparison to my rather large whippet He's about as b
  19. What a load of wank you talk
  20. I'd love to see Cameron do something about the tossers who don't support their kids. But then, I have about as much faith in him as I do in a pig flying past my window. I spoke to a primary school teacher today who said their school doesn't do the cards for Father's day either. They only do them for Mother's Day because there's a religious connection? First I've heard of it being religious!
  21. Going to be hard to do when there's no countryside left.
