Think it's about time these "anti blood sport activist's" keep their noses out of our business and look at their own, they'd get more of a name for themselves if they became something of themselves instead of looking like dole dossers that need a good bit of game pie, stop interfering in other people's way of life and get on with your own, combat drug abuse, terrorism,homelessness and such like!! Rant not over yet

Came close to catching tonight with the hawk but just not quite close enough. On the other hand we got talking to the keeper in the area that wasn't too happy with us lamping with the hawk close to their game shooting land but was happy to take my number for terrier work if they require any digging done....I'd call that a result

Got the chance to get a pup and if I did it should be ready to start introduced to work as I call it a day working away or do I just wait until nearer the time????? Decisions.....

Went out lamping with my dad and his Harris hawk last night only to get one fly at a rabbit, he saw it before we did without the aid of the lamp. We saw more fox than rabbit, could've done with a good old golden eagle instead
