  1. Does anyone know what I could get done to quieten down my revere without loosing my lifetime parts and labour or is this a no no
  2. Hi folks I went ahead with buying a huntsman revere .22 and a 0db silencer (that's a laugh) what can I get done to it to quieten it down without fecking up lifetime parts and labour
  3. Yep hw silencer is 3 decibels quieter so the weihrach XL should be quieter still
  4. Cheers for the answers folks I haven't put a pellet through my revere yet but dry shooting it with the 0db silencer it's not as quiet as my hw100 with an old silencer I bought a few years ago so I'm looking for some advice about silencers I bought the revere from the airgun center because I get free lifetime parts and labour it was a bit more money but I thought anything goes wrong I get lifetime parts and labour I've just got the RFD payments back and forwards because there's some bad vibs with daystate and their returns so any answers folks I can't get it fettled because seemingly it voids
  5. Ye that's the info I'm getting bud it's split camps I have an hw100 t in 177 and it's Lazer perfect for my bench target shooting.the first time I tried my HW it's triple loaded I foned hull cartridge and they took it back and fixed it I had it back in 3 days can daystate compete with that kinda service I've had the pcps now for 6or 7 years now and I'm a bit better on Their workings having shot springers for years so what's the worst that could go wrong with a revere I'm glad you guys for yer knolage though but I know which ever one I buy and it breaks down all get the told you so,s any way w
  6. Hi folks from sunny Scotland what's the best gun between the huntsman revere and the hw100 which is more accurate and quietest
  7. Hi folks hello from sunny Scotland it's been a while since I was last on Jim's the name I hope I've done this correct and forgive my spelling folks AVE had a couple a strokes
  8. They have a few pcps that you can hold and get a feel for the one ye like bud that's what I did as most will tell you to even try a few at a range the ultra se 177 gives you approximately 40 full power shots bud my hw100 t 177 gives me aproximately 110 full power shots and as the guys on here will say depends on what you want em for me I'm addicted to shooting at quarter inch circles to see how many I get a three or a five shot group through the same hole at 30mtres sadly not to many. 9. Yes collieman I bought my hw 100 t177 from them it actually had to go back to hull cartrige their after sales is the best I've dealed with the guy at hull cartridge looked at it on the Friday I got it back on the Saturday I was realy impressed with that kind of after sales service. I do have an ultra se in 177 so can't comment on the airarms. I'm disabled with mobility problems the ultra se is a very light well made accurate riffle their price doesn't do them justice as their a pretty accurate riffle for their price the guys on here are realy good and very helpful so im sure some one will be a
  10. Ye yer right there the ultra feels like a toy compared to the hw I've got mobility probs so most of my shootings off a bipod and sandbag but theres still a place for the ultra.ye the place I shoot the targets at the wind swirls one minute you can click a few clicks right then the next it goes to the left thats the nightmare but hae summers on its way and so's my pidgeon decoys. 11. That's good shooting bud if it's not too windy today all have to give them pellets a go at 50mtrs I also have the ultra se 177 out of the box I think the hw pips it but I have heard getting them reged does make a diferance.all have to take a few pics then suss out how to put them on here. Well shooting in a breeze does make a big difference to the groupings 4.52 seems to be the pellet her choice at thirty metres has any one done the 2oo metre target shoot yet here's me asking that an I ain't done the 50meter one yet. seems to be a lota clips with people doing it though. 12. I haven't tryed them at 50mtres yet.i bought weirhachs own pellets as well and they seem to shoot alright too I've been drawing quarter inch circles on a sheet of paper I did notice I hadn't sighted the hw in for the air arms pellets I was shooting at 25mtrs and was aiming at the first circle and it put 3pellets through the next circle in the same hole. So a few clicks left and I was happy at 25mtrs would I be correct in thinking that the more expensive pcps are even more accurate as in the old day states.whats some of you guys opinions on the daystates are they even more accurate than the hw
  13. Well folks I'm realy happy with the hw 100t 177 it's shooting quarter inch circles at 30mtres I put three shots in to every circle one circle had only one pellet sized hole I was realy chuffed with that one comparing the ultra and the hw I think the hw is more accurate . Mind you that's shooting off of a table with a bipod and a sand bag.the pellets so far seem to be air arms Diablo exacts 4.52. How are you getting on with your one John. For you guys wondering about getting a hw100 I'm glad I went for one.the shot count is 110 out of a 200 bar fill is that what you guys get out of your ones
  14. Well folks I've bought the hw t 177 and the airmax 30 8-32 50 I went to my permition for a half hour or so to try her out,I can't mount the scope yet as all the mounts I have are 25ml so I've ordered a pair of mounts so hopefully they should arrive soon.just as you guys have said it's definitely a well made rifle I also mounted a 9x13 bipod I'm realy looking forward to testing her to see what pellets suits her ( notice she s a her already ) the shop said airarms pellets work well in them so I bought 3 tins of them in 4-5 4-51 and 4-52 or so I thought ide took two tins of 4-51 s will the barrel
