9/11 was in a pub at winchester..we were at the bar and moaning at the bar maid to turn the TV off as it was another cheap disaster movie......she said it was real....then we watched and sat there totally dumbfounded

was doing a construction in Plymouth...walked down to pick the papers up in the morning.....no cars wizzing about ..really quiet..it was really strange.....went into the agents half a doz people in there all deathly quiet reading papers...then i found out........ honestly it wasnt a big surprise....she had gone wild and out of control......

doing the belly pork as we speak.....put in some cider vinegar.....that really did the trick...it tasts a bit tangy and appley now....i shall leave it now to bubble away ..then heat it up for a hour tomorrow....remove from the pot and thicken the sauce up with some cornflower...jobs a gooden anyway thats the plan

like the rest of you on here ...it is important for the food to look nice before i eat it.................some of what you boys put up on here is effin mouthwatering ...even if it is just plain and simple...... tomorrow im doing good old 1960's farm worker food...if it turns out alright i will post it up

many years ago in norwich jamy oliver opened up a small resteraunt .....it was horrifically expensive and always totally packed out........then all of a sudden people stopped going...then couple of weeks later it closed...never to be seen again.. these type of places have a shelf life..

thats fair enough...........its just that i think ..since the so called energy crisis it has given all the chip shops liecence to double and triple their prices......... you are in a totally different league to me food and money wise...so if that pleases you i have no right to castigate you i will stick to my fray-bentos suet pud and marrowfat peas......living the dream
