I like to have the dogs there to but if there's a couple of days hunting going its not the end of the world leaving the dog home for the day as long as the dog doesn't no your going that is......

Hi all if there's one breed i haven't seen much of its whippets just wondering what pros and cons the breed has when it comes to rabbiting how many runs is a fit whippet good for doe,s anybody own a whippet that has caught 30+ rabbits in a single night I would like to no your story's thankyou.

I wouldn't over do it tbh it's the picking up and putting down u want them use to if you put your hand in d hutch and get nipped then your not handling them enough so then step it up a bit once there a certain age u won't have to bother but I still let myn roam the yard for half hour every over day when I muk them out seems to work for me gud look lads

Just out of interest why would you sell a dog that age at this time of year after doing all the nitty gritty of puppy hood to sell it for a measly 150 quid if I put that time in a pup I would be very reluctant to sell it but if I didn't have time for the dog I would give it to a mate to run for FREE over grabbing a quick 150 and never seeing the dog again. on the over hand I do hope for the dogs sake you find it a good home and it should take no selling with plenty work available for any long dog at this time of year atb.
