  1. You wouldn't want to put some big slugs through it lol
  2. Yeah stick to 1 mate. I use ppu fmj to get my rifles on paper then fine zero with my chosen load. This new Ruger M77 doesn't like Hornady unfortunately so I use Norma to great effect.
  3. As New Hawke 3-9x50 mil dot in original box etc £40 posted
  4. Nice one. Just goes to show how effective night vision is. Keep up the good work. All the best Dan
  5. Lovely rifle mate. What a price for a full setup
  6. I have the same type. It's handy after scope change just to check in the garden then when your out at least it's on paper saves a couple rounds when zeroing
  7. Have a Hawke 3-9x50 mildot for sale. As new condition only mounted briefly while I gathered funds for scope upgrade. 25mm tube absolutely mint condition. Comes with original box and bikini covers £45 posted 1st class recorded or swap for a half decent red LED lamp for foxing.
  8. Lol. Yeah their designed as a target/plinking round. I was steel shooting and fox came out at around 120 yards ran like fook then dropped about 50 meters before dropping. The military use fmj rounds. Reason I get them cheap is because nobody buys them so to get rid I buy them off the chap on the cheap he only has a limited amount as he doesn't want to get anymore in because he's not making money on them.
  9. Soft points work great I was referring to FMJ rounds full metal jacket
  10. Is that a nikko stirling scope? Can't quite make out the writing. Looks a lovely scope
  11. I use 22-250 ppu on fox all the time and never had a problem. If you don't mind where you getbthem for £5 for 20 Do you use soft points
  12. That is the problem U. It puts lads off getting out plinking with a CF. I bought and have loads of FMJ ppu ammo I use for plinking and general practice costs me £5 a box of 20 rounds I tried them on fox and had a runner with a well placed chest shot so haven't used them since. He only ran 50 meters before dropping but nothing stops them like a vmax.
  13. Nice one David. I did have a wildcat evo on my .22-250 excellent moderator. I bought some Norma vmax for the 250 the other day £1.75 a round madness but very good accurate ammo
  14. https://www.thestalkingdirectory.co.uk/showthread.php/139033-Howa-223-set-up-only-3-months-old! Not a T3 but a lovely Howa 1500 semi custom full setup only 3 months old. Certainly worth a look mate
