    I know what you mean mate. If someone does restore it and gives you pics ill have some copys to show the woman who gave it me. It was her great grandfathers who died in the war. It would be nice to see it in its original condition. If nobody wants it after today take it off and we will look at doing it between us if you fancy it

    I was told it was bought in 1938 just before the war mate. It would make a great little project though if restored to full glory would probably be a excellent collectors gun.

    I didn't know about different names. But he still may have 2 guns, as the pic of link given showed 4 mags and only 2 offered in sale. So that points to him owning a 2nd air arms PCP rifle.

If I was selling a gun legit and seen this on a forum about me I'd be a twat about things. Maybe he is on this site and has seen all the negative responses?     Ok mate no worries, probs give you a shout Friday to come with us walked up pheasants. Went their today and there were 100's of them wandering around just waiting to become a target

    Plenty of .22lr's around for £40 you won't find a brand new bsa meteor with scope for that price. In fact any age meteor for that price in any condition. Cheers rake aboot

    I'm about to get my fac and would like to swap a brand new bsa meteor with scope for any rimfire rifle any condition age make dosnt matter as with christmas coming I havnt got the money to got and buy one. So this will be a rifle for a couple of months. Thanks in advance

    They are great guns, just want something a little more compact. I have a big ratting job on at the moment in and around barns, cattle stalls etc. The meteor is a little long to be swinging round in the dark. Cheers mate
