  1. Night Site 200 and 50 Hi All, Just received this email from Nitghtsite. I regret to inform you that, as of March 2017, we no longer support repairs on the NS200 or the NS50 units. This is because, having not produced any NS200 units since March 2014, we have run out of components and parts with which to repair them. We are very sorry that, since our last response offering our service, our support has been discontinued for these components. However, even if your unit were to be sent to us we would be unable to perform repairs on it. Kind Regards, Sam Horwell So that's us stuck with u
  2. That's what I thought he had a full castration. But no they gave him the snip. Same result no unwanted litters but easier operation and faster recovery. Jim
  3. Lol. I thought they had removed dogs balls but no just gave him the snip so still had all the urges to hump. The way I felt after snip you would have thought they had removed my balls. Jim
  4. Yes happened in my kennel, spaniel tied to lab, looked out of window 6am seen it. Onto phone to vet 06.10 shouting down phone at him when I stopped my rant, he said have I had the snip? yes I replied, do you still have sex with wife? yes, well same bloody thing with dogs he yelled ********* 6.10 in morning slamming the phone down. Jim
  5. For god sake the pup is only six months old. Don't let it near any game. work on dog whistle Stop, Quarter, Return. Get these solidly installed into the pup. Give some retrieves you retrieve % of these your self. So it doesn't think every thing is for it. This all takes time you and the pup have to build up a trust bond it has to believe you know best. Succeed in this you will have a dog you can trust rely on and more importantly enjoy for the next ten years working together. Keep doing what your doing you will have a dog you will not be able to let of a leash, or even aloud to take onto a sho
  6. They have never took off, lot of excitement when first introduced people could not wait for release date. It came and was the biggest disappointment. Terrible write ups shops cant sell them. You would find some well reduced. Use your money on something else. Jim
  7. Hi on the bbs forum just now he has two I bought one for regal their is one left don't know if it will fit yours. Jim
  8. Hi I had a gunshy cocker, as you walked to flush game you would turn around and she would be 50yards behind you. Without gun she would work a treat docking in, flushing game solid in every way apart when you had a gun in hand. Yes I would give it a chance you could be surprised, if it doesn't work out you put it up for rehoming. If you don't try her you will never know. forgot to add I had her for 12 years. Also great for sweeping next day after driven day found many a pricked bird that was missed also what had dropped of roost. Jim
  9. Hi look at the night vision forum you will get plenty of info there. Jim
  10. Hi yes the drone pro 10 is by far the best digi on the market. As for night vision gear uk who sells them you can not get a better company to deal with, after sale service is second to none. Jim
  11. Hi I have a mint condition mtc viper, bought 2 one I still use with ns 200 on rimfire. I then went for n750 for centre fire pm me if you want more details. Jim
  12. Hi sounds like she is getting to much retrieving. Only give her one or two out of ten and you pick the rest and work on her stop whistle, also when you send her make sure you can stop her and call her back, it will take time but worth it in the end. If you put her onto game just now she will get into the habit of running in and it will be very difficult to stop. Jim
  13. Hi I'm afraid that's why the professional trainer did not want her or her owner, why pay for a pro trainer then not use the dog? It has developed the worst habit for a working dog it will only get worse the more work she does, as excitement gets the beter of her. As previous post says she might be ok working for yourself but on a driven shoot you will be asked not to bring her back as there is nothing worse than the sound of a dog squeaking as it goes thru the drive, it will annoy you the other beaters, keeper, more important the guns best bet is try again and keep as pet. cheers Jim
  14. One of my best dogs was a springador unexpected mating, lab bitch, ess dog, four out of the five went to working homes I kept a bitch had her for 12 years great beating picking up dog pity your so far away. cheers Jim
