  1. There is USA site I think its J&J Patterdales they've got some. Colour may have come from past bull blood?
  2. Come on Dazzer, get them pics up. I can see your intellegence level hasn't improved while in France. PS Don't ask me how to post pics coz I can't LOL Cheers Phill
  3. Thanks Doug, both her parents are decent so fingers crossed.
  4. She's lurcher x lurcher, with bedlington, greyhound and deerhound in the mix, she's about 24inches to the shoulder.
  5. She's only 9 months so i'm not too worried for the time being, the worst that can happen is that she won't make it. Problem is the wife and kids think the world of her so she's here for good LOL
  6. My mate and myself took our lurcher pups for a quick look with the lamp last week, more to get them used to looking down the beam than to catch anything, but to cut a long story short niether pup seen a rabbit although there were plenty about. Not too bothered, it all takes time. Took my pup for a walk today and about 5 feet ahead of her out pops a noisy, panicky cock pheasant, well it's got to be said she can coved the ground at a fair pace, problem was it was about 50 yards in the wrong direction with her tail up her arse. Oh well maybe I should be more patient.
  7. I keep patterdales, but if I genuinely thought an outcross to another breed would improve the working ability of the dogs I keep i'd do it, and like you said people can call them mongrels if they want.
  8. i'm looking over my shoulder cos I need to know what Dai is up to. Linford Christie, bring him on LOL
  9. Thought I'd say hello coz last time I didn't and got bombed out for not postng LOL. The names Phill been keeping terriers for a while now. Due to the present climate got myself a lurcher pup and will be doing a bit of lamping, ferreting etc. just so I can enjoy the occasional bit of sport without having to look over my shoulder all the time. Cheers
