  1. I don't have a dog that will mark it. It would be nice if I could get some help from someone I'd say there in use.

I'm from south Yorkshire and have a dog which marks wouldn't mind helping you out. Pm me if I can be of any assistance

  2. South Yorkshire. Anyone willing to come along I'll put a pic up of a bit and see what you think lads weather it's in use or not.

You would be surprised at some holes which look unused and hold bunnies iv had them in the past and ones which look a dead cert have nothing in them best to use a dog which marks then you will know for certain.

  3. Whats your commission Gaz ?,put one on an horse and they would not look out of place,on a sleek and slender running machine they are about as useful as an erectile disorder in a brothel, just my opine,i prefer a more natural piece of leather, better fitting, just as durable and far,far cheaper,im not tight,im careful.

I agree Morton but for the large breeds such as are lasses great Dane I think they look well, on a lurcher they dont. The traditional collar can't be beat

  4. Yard dogs are good as an alert dog and a deterant. but a friend of my dad's had a German Shepard which was a big lump and would defend its properties the dog was trained as a security dog. But the theiving scum bags who robbed his place malleted the dog, now a good guard dog is no good dead. If someone wants your property bad enough they will get, just make it very difficult for the b@stards.

I think a noisey dog is the best deterrent.

  5. The bull greyhound is good at what it is bred for (teeth).

The saluki grey hares and the collie grey greyhound is a Jack of all trades master at none although they are good at rabbits. Bedlington whippet the ultimate ferret man's dog along with the whippet

A lurcher is pretty much a multi tasking dog which I would never be without

Shut up gaffer everyone knows you only work 3 legged mutts and an unproven bull cross.

Only joking pal gives a call when you out a again scoobs is catching on lamp now.

  7. who gives a toss about mark brick, only newbies or amatuers idolise the brick, does he drive new sown crops?and the only reason he drives is cause hes too fat to walk.if you want tgo offroading join a club, only true lurchermen walk out.

Couldn't agree more I think in the lurcher game you should forget names and focus on yourself and type of land you work only then you will get success.
