Well the misses has done it again. Bought me this little mug with images of one of my birds on. Nice little gift. She went and had it done at one of them printing firms. Not bad prints to be fair either. It's great because she enjoys the birds too. A went and bought her a pair of bullfinches for Xmas brown pastels.  Well I'm saying bought. A swapped them with a pal for some goldfinches. But he's happy with goldies she's happy with the bully's I'm a few quid down 😆

What did you think to his early stuff? I always thought he didn't want to be there. Didn't have the spite that his old boy had. I always thought, he thought he was a plasterer being pushed in the ring! Didn't like being punched, could see that and he came out and said it in post match interviews, saying not sure this is for me etc.

Last few fights (before ban) seemed to have some spite and looking good. Not sure he would have it when needed to dig deep. Doesn't seem genuine instinct to me.

Maybe your right about his early stuff ? Thinking maybe is this fir me or not , but I really think he will make it big this next coming year , I really loved watching his old man , loved a scrap /war think Connor is a lot more skill full IMO

  8. Gnashes , you strike me as the most knowledgeable guys Boxing wise that get on this forum , what is your opinion on Connor Ben ? As a boxer/ fighter and his future, ? I have followed him from early doors and have always thought he was / still is destined for great things? JMO

    Yep, been doing the same.

Watched the gatti/ward trilogy a couple of weeks ago,  Leonard vs Duran 1 and 2 last week, and eubank vs Watson 1 and 2 last night.

Seems like a lifetime away from today's heavyweight bullshit!!

Gatti/ ward fights are phenomenal fights as well as ward / nearey definitely worth a watch .

This bird I'm really happy with at first I thought it was a yellow satinet but it's wing bars are too dark for satinet. You see from the other bird which im thinking maybe a satinet or lutino but still moulting out but Wing bars are alot lighter than the yellow birds

My opinion is that as your bitch is Irish Kennel Club registered then any pups she has (irrespective of sires registration origins) will be registered with the IKC. Sires details will just be added to the pups pedigree and identified with either Irish KC details or Royal Kennel Club (as they are known now)

    Hope this helps

    Thanks for that 👍🏼

  12. Just a little bit of advice if anyone can help ,I have an IKC registered Irish setter and I’m thinking of having a litter from her in the future using a uk kc reg stud , can I register the litter with the kennel club or do I have to go through the nightmare of registering her with the uk kennel club first ?

Well few more birds have hit the sticks last few days guys. Am really happy with the amount of young I've bred and quilty of the birds. I'm a big believer in quilty over quantity. Would rather have 1 stunning youngen than say 5 box standard types. These birds in these images are of what I mean by quilty birds and mutations from pied breeding.
