Just had three of the buggers fly into the bedroom. I'm not overly concerned, but our new baby is in the cot next to us so I'd rather they didn't pay us any further visits. If I find the nest nearby are they easy enough to get rid of.

They are more whippet than collie I think. I'm sure socks said his bitch was 7/8 whippet and the sire was 3/4 whippet. I'm sure Ken will confirm, but there's not much whippet in her, mostly collie grey.

I'm almost a complete technophobe so I haven't a clue what that would entail. I'm sure there would be a market for just such a download. Perhaps a donation to charity when downloaded? I too have no idea how that would work, but there must be an IT guru on here who can suggest a method.

Ive said before I don't think a spaniel will touch this Plummer for working cover around here. But she has been ranging a bit far recently and working more for herself than for me. And this last week was the result. Which is where the spaniels come into their own I guess. I keep spaniels Gaz and do a fair amount of rough shooting and beating. As yet, I've not seen a terrier as good as a spaniel for hunting cover and finding game.

I've got a Plummer Gaz that I bought for ratting and bushing. Sadly my ratting ground is no longer so she's just a bushing bitch now. However, she's dropping to ground regularly but she will come out within half an hour. Still, there's no guarantee she will always be that way so I'm thinking of buying a Bellman or GPS so that if she does disappear I've got more chance of finding the bugger!

Is it conceivable that 'Brexit' won't happen? Merkel has just asked MP's to consider their options carefully and a referendum isn't legally binding. With a new Prime Minister and Leader of the Opposition things could change. Apologies if this has been covered earlier in the thread.
