  1. I know exactly where you mean about the importers as I went to look at a Wildcat last year. I really liked it but there was no stock at the time and I only managed to see one as it was going back for a small cosmetic blemish to be fixed. Then I saw the Pulsar a couple of weeks ago and I think it is a lot nicer, but then it should be as it isn't exactly cheap. I also shoots beautifully But so might the Wildcat as I didn't test one.
  2. I just bought a Daystate Pulsar and it is excellent. If you can get to Suffolk you are welcome to try it
  3. Last year I was teaching physics at a really small international school and in my spare time taught (and paid for) archery, air pistol shooting and flew drones. Unfortunately the new deputy head was a miserable, ugly, old woman who hated kids being happy so I left the school, Then she left after three terrible Ofsted reports, the kids now do nothing, all want to leave and the school is on the verge of bankruptcy. Why is it miserable people just want to make everyone else miserable? PS For the sake of political correctness and UK libel laws I have to say it is only my opinion
  4. The difference is that land may not be "generally suitable" whatever that means, for a particular calibre, but specific shots with that calibre can be perfectly safe. So i you have an open ticket and only ever take well thought out, safe shots you don't have a problem wherever you shoot. Conversely even if land is certified for .50 BMG, shooting even a 22LR directly into the air can lose you your license, or a lot worse. It is ALWAYS your responsibility to shoot safely, even with a catapult or water pistol.
