    I re bated the bolt as much as poss took 3 attempts lol but may be 1-2mm into the threads so I undid 1 turn to be safe on cocking seat. But sure (well hope) that should solve the issue it had a full overhaul that tx so should be a long while untill needs anything ie power drop. Failing that try a different silencer or that silencer on another gun maybe at fault but with zero been off deff sounds like clipping issue And sounds positive you got silencer another 3 turns on should seat properly now

    Good choice !!! 97 all the way although I did have a 95 in .177 I wish I never sold My 97 likes aa field Alot more kick than the tx200 I had but equally as accurate she looks a beauty happy hunting

    Mmm sounds odd it wont of made it loose power that tx was so consistant me and tom did 2 tins of aa field at range and consistency stayed in the 11.5s sounds like its clipping your silencer and sending the pellet tumbling hense slower had a similar problem with a s16 once try remove silencer and check threads also the cocking leaver seat had a bolt that may pertrude up in to the way of the threads on silencer so undo that bolt 1 full turn then undo silencer check its not threaded if all good re fit silencer then nip up cocking seat bolt that how I fit the whisper silencer just to be on

    Adapter arrived pretty much there with it now added another coat of oil to stock too little stuby mod has quietened it down alot

    Carnt resist any longer lol almost there with 97 was more a good clean up than restoration really so am after something in .177 to restore up the rougher the beter please and obviously cheaper too as will leave more funds to get it nice Pref hw or air arms or similar please pm me if got anything to part with can travel if nedded . thanks all

    Some bling arrived! !!!! just waiting on silencer adaptor now picked muzzle end up thi morning so all sorted now he did a nice job added couple of layers of oil to stock and goo buff up looking beter but will add more in tim put about 50 pellets through it earlier shooting nice now Next day off will be out with it

    Not bad mate done bit on trigger today was harsh as hell waiting in my forend sorting then il be on the bunnys and woodies Im thinking about a .177 next but going to complete this 1st I think
