    Great times alright BlackBuck , that man had some great half bred dogs about him at one time and as far as good terriers are concerned the c--t could lift something up of the street and it would work for him.L.O.L.

    I seen that on the news last night he got compensation from the countryside alliance £62,000, he said he came out to the coop and the birds were all lying about dead and the hounds in the coop. i would say a fox got in killed all the birds and the hounds hunted the line of the fox to the coop, i hope they appeal. can someone put a link up please? i think it was BBC northern ireland news.

    My brother in law had 2 gwp x harrier bitches a few years back they were great in heavy cover and good tounge, one was killed on the road hunting a fox we took the other bitch on when she was about 10 or so when she slowed down a bit, these dogs were great markers and worked well with terrier they have put many's a lurcher to shame. i am sorry but don't have any pics of them they were about 22 inches broken coated like small pointers here are a few of my pack now The 2 bitches in front are litter sisters fellhound x lakeland the bitch at the back is 3/4 beagle x irish terrier and my gwp l

    I was working in a house one day when i was about 17 or so a lady in her late 30 was breast feeding a baby and i was taking the odd peak at her she caught me watching at asked what are you looking at red faced i replied oh it just reminds me of when i was a child and all that she said do you want a go at it yourself thanks very much i said and got stuck in after a couple of minutes sucking away she looked down at me and said is there anything else you would want i looked up at her with my eyes as big and replied you wouldn't have a farleys rusk about you?

    I am no expert but here's how i do it on photobucket , 1 right click on the pic you want to post 2 right on the IMG code (it should flash yellow and say copied) 3 go back to where you want to post the pic and LEFT click on the page it should bring up a box saying undo ,redo, paste , and so on 4 right click on paste this should bring the url code up, job done. Hope this helps.

    Here's what i cant get with these single handed dogs on red deer, if a person is using for instance a picardy x shepard or a big deerhound x bull what is the catch rate of these dogs?. A fully mature red stag is no slough i have seen them jump 8ft fences in there stride and jump rivers and roads of 12ft and more so i am thinking what distance would you need to be to slip your dog say a 150 to 100 yards?. I think pre ban if some people could creep up with there lurcher and see two stags fighting in the rutting season in the flesh a lot would think twice about slipping. . A.T.B. C.D.

    Good luck with the pup lad, after working with lurchers for over 30 years i have started to look outside of the box, when you get to the stage where you can't keep up with your dogs breed a dog that hunts at your pace. A.T.B. C.D

Yes Blackdog92 he is gwp x saluki bull grey.Curious as to how you would rate him on fox etc.He just finished his first season and done very well single handed, i never rate a dog fully on his first year but on a scale of 1 to 10 i would give him a 7 on gameness, and on hunting up, marking , and drive an 8 which is pretty good for a first season as i would say i only had 2 lurchers that i would rate as 10 after 3 or 4 seasons. What cross were you running prior to this dog ma
