For that budget mate you should go for second hand in my opinion. YOu could get something reasonable new but something much better 2nd hand. Obviously buying 2nd hand has it's pit falls so be carefull. I bought my pcp about 18 months ago for £350 and I'm well pleased with it. I have a daystate harrier x which came with a stirrup pump and bag. It's an older gun than say the ultra but in my opinion better quality, I'm sure someone will argue but hey, good luck.

Hello all, Just signed up so thought I'd introduce myself. I'm a 33 year old family man from the Derbys/Notts border. I love to hunt with my male harris hawk- Spike. I also like to shoot with my air rifle. I currently have a Daystate Harrier X. I always use my quarry in some form or other with the exception of rats, usually like to cook and eat my own catch.
