There is a lot of shite about but if you keep things tight I don't think you can go far rongFairplay, they look two tidy terriers, a far cry from the shite i've personally seen.

Iv had the bellman for 4 seasons and never failed me so I'd say the B&F but iv only ever used the mk1 knocker box and the B&F so don't no what the others are like

Try the camp site old timer, or have a drive round armthorpe, edenthorpe and surrounding areas, lad I no lost his dog same place as yours and found it in the dog pound, I'll have a walk that way tomorrow and have a listen at a few earths see if can here any baying or bumping

I have the old stuff my big dog goes all the way back to nuttalls miner, the old stuff seems stronger built than the new stuff IMO all the new stuff that iv seen and dug to we're all on the small side

Alright all just a quick question to see what your favourite breed of "working" terrier is and why??
Mine would be a patterdale just because how they work they can be steady but when needed they can step it up a few gears to get the job finished and because this breed suits me and my work very well.
But Saying that i would have any terrier that would stay and work very well, be it a patterdale, Russell, Leakey,border or a cross breed mungrel

He's old nuttall breed matewell done lads thats one fine looking terrier is there staff somewere in him

so if a black dog came up for stud that was an outstanding worker or a choc one came up that wasnt as good as the black dog which one would you use?
it doesn't matter about the colour aslong as the dog grafts that way your not breeding shit into the working terriers
