  3. my whippet bitch is 12 now very good lamping dog in her day.. easy to train but very head strong wanted to kill every thing that moved . she could turn on a six pence but her back feet were knackered after 5 years ...just a house dog now she's from sooty sam lines.... i use bigger lurchers for lamping now with better feet ... you will definitely have some exciting runs with a whippet atb
  4. got a first x bedlington whippet that yaps when working cover if he's on something but my other two beddy whippets dont or my other two lurchers ....all work together and have done for past 4 years ............ ive had me young lurchers yap when learning them on the lamp but never has adult dogs

  12. i had a pup break its back leg at 8 week , it jumped off the back of the sofa , he's two now and not had a problem with his leg yet , for a 19 inch dog it can clear a 5 bar gate its healed good and strong ...just try and and give it plenty of rest i know its hard to do when there pups but it will heal quicker than you think and give it some calcium tablets ...atb...
