    if i have pups what start to howl i set up a water hose soon as they start to howl i turn it on from the house they dont like it soon as they stop turn it off they get the picture pretty quickly and it saves you from giving them a leathering hope this helps

    Genuine question, mate; what was the reasoning for that cross ? I make it 1/8 Whippet, 1/8 Beddy and 3/4 Foxhound. Did you have a special purpose in mind ? Cheers. i didnt breed them they were given to me to start up my own pack,i think the lad i got them from want a bit of speed in them,all his others were all sorts of hound crosses,cheers wf

    i had brother and sister hound crosses they were bedlington x whippet put to a english hound then crossed with an english hound once again,the bitch wasnt very gutsy,the dog was he wood guzzle a fox in no time and there noses were excellent,and they would hunt as far as the rest of the pack would most of the time the dog was up front,the dog didnt give any tongue but the bitch did,atb wf

    well said one of my mates who trials labs had a phone call from america,asking him how much did he want for every lab in his kennels,being the man he is,all i could see was pound signs in his eyes,he asked me to put a price on them,i said dont be so daft as to sell them all you will have to start all over again,he didnt sellmpion them and the next year he won the championship,and drew about £50,000 in stud fees from the one dog

    a had a wippet cross once,a raced it once,it was leading the race then all of a sudden it stopped and had three pups,it got back up and won the race,a couldnt beleive it fook me the pups came in 2nd,3rd and 4th lol

    breed a welsh hound to a foot beagle our else a patterdale to a foot its not the coat that makes them hunt it what they have under it :boogy: I know it's not the coat that makes 'em hunt ,it was just a Query.
