  1. hi all ,

went out for a couple of hours saturday afternoon with my brother inlaw john, 2 stinkers, and the fastest english bull terrier in the country .

we left about 11.30 headed off to the field where we go and was greeted by about 30 cows ! johns not keen on cows so we decided to head away from them and do a small warren ,but when we got to it the cows had trampled most of the bolt holes in so we decided to go through the middle of all the cows with john on his tows ready to run the min a cow looked at him , (laughing me tits off all the way) . next warren was netted up and sent the little soldiers in , 5 mins later out come thumper followed by another and another, 1 got away tho as i was not on the button :( then we moved on to the next warren and bolted another 4 , missed two and had two for the bag , this is where the english bull terrier comes to life ! she ran her little socks off but was given the slip on a sharp turn :( so we moved on to the next warren and bolted another 2 but one was a half grown so i let it go in the bushes , then 15 mins went by and no ferret .... out come the disco carrot and found her 4ft down waited 5 mins but she didnt move so i got the spade out , she had killed a 3/4 grown fluffy. she come straight to me tho when i opened up the tunnel and was all pleased with her self . all in all we had a good day with 6 bunnys i give 3 to the farmer, he was well happy and offered me money for them that i turned down ! im more than happy to through him a few now n then in exchange for letting me on the land here is 1 pic i need to get the others sent to me il post them up later .
