  1. Thanks for the advice lads! Although I prefer the look and the size of the freelander facelift model there are clearly some mechanical issues with it and obviously the jimny can't be recommended highly enough so I reckon it will be the Jimny I choose!
  2. Freelander not Defender sorry************
  3. As title, I will soon be in the market for a small to medium sized four wheel drive. It will be used for light off road use and be able to get me about when the white stuff starts to fall. I've got a budget of about £4k and don't want anything too old or with over 70k miles. Petrol or diesel not really fussed. I've looked at the Suzuki Jimny, Mitsubishi Shogun pinin warrior and The Landrover Defender 54/05 reg. Just wondering what you guys opinion are? Been talking to a mechanic I know and he says buy jap and I won't go far wrong, he says the defenders are crap build quality and the 1.8 K
  4. Yeah mate ended up just buying one brand new, Took it out last night and very impressed with it! I ordered the turbo kit which you get an extra battery and the extension tube with it. It says online that the turbo kit the LED is 30% more powerful but I'm not sure about this claim. Can it be used with both batteries as I just used it with one and it was spot on and very powerful!
  5. Preferably a Nikko Stirling but will consider anything! Can collect from South/West Yorkshire areas or pay for postage. Cash waiting. Thanks, Kieren.
  6. Anyone know what day and time the clay shoots are? cheers.
  7. Got a Coleman 800,000 But its not working. Put a new bulb in it and still no luck. Thinking either the switch or the car cig lighter thing whats gone.

  13. I have slots for two .22 rimfires on my certificate. So was planning on putting in a variation for a high powered air rifle. Just wondering if this power could be achieved with just a spring?
  14. Just bought one of these today. Can anyone reccomend the best pellets for it? I was just going to go with AA diablo field pellets for target/hunting and some Logun Penetrators for just hunting. What do you guys think? Also the Gun dealer i bought it off advised me to purchase an OX spring. The power at present is 11.5ft/lb. He claims that with this new spring fitted it has potential to go anywhere from 14-18ft/lb. Is this possible? Thanks in advance
  15. Been to halfords and Wilco Motosave today. None of which sell the 100w bulbs. they only sell 55w. Where could i get a new 100w bulb from? cheers
  16. Good luck mate. Hope hes there
  17. A friend of mine says he had a Theoeben Eliminator and it was pushing 36ft/lb. I am abit skeptical. Is this kind of power achievable?
  18. Hi, I own FAC and im just enquiring as to whether any of the spring/gas ram combinations can be whacked up to over legal limit? Obviously the PCPs can so just curious. Also which guns are easiest to do so? im thinking about putting in for a variation of my .22 rimmy as i have two slots on my cert and replacing it with an air rifle. Dont fancy the messing about of recharging. So can anyone recommend a make/model that the power can easily be tuned up. Thanks in advance
