    Alot of meals tend to be meats with veg/salad or currys /kormas with cauliflower rice , i do find it hard not to have sandwiches for work even though I've tried other stuff but found i suffered from hypos so i have some carbs to avoid this

    Looks like what’s known as a marmalade pot 

    mid 1800s at a guess could be wrong though

    Honestly thought they where looking at relegation after Xmas it was where certainly looking grim for Rovers but theve managed to turn it around 👍

    An Englishman, a Pakistani man, a blonde with huge tits and an old lady are sharing a compartment on a train as it winds its way through the Alps.
    Every now and then the train passes through a tunnel, during which time the compartment is plunged into complete darkness.
    When the train enters a tunnel, a loud slap is heard and when train passes back into daylight, the Pakistani man is rubbing his cheek.
    The old lady thinks, “I bet that dirty Pakistani man fondled the blonde and she slapped the pervert.”
    The blonde thinks, “I bet that filthy Pakistani man tried to grope me in the dark, mistook the old lady for me and she slapped him.”
    The Pakistani man thinks, “I bet that pervy Englishman touched up the blonde in the dark and she slapped me by mistake.”
    The Englishman thinks, “I can’t wait for another tunnel so I can slap that Paki b*****d again.”

    Yes I enjoyed it there mate working 4 10 hour shifts and having Friday off though it was only with an agency. 

    I did a few weeks there then went to candlelight at Rotherham only lasted a few days and walked out  hated the place lol
