    Vodka and diet lemonade is zero sugar and carbs, beers tends to be high in carbs so I only have few on a Saturday night

    Alot of meals tend to be meats with veg/salad or currys /kormas with cauliflower rice , i do find it hard not to have sandwiches for work even though I've tried other stuff but found i suffered from hypos so i have some carbs to avoid this
