    Hi Dont know if I`ve caught you before you take him to the vet, but I would think about getting him a vasectomy instead of castrated. Same price but means you can leave him with the jills and he will take them out off season for you. Loads less hassle,,,very very handy to have. just a thought.

    Ase Utra Superb piece of kit. Lots of RFD`s will have secondhand stuff that they will sell seperate to the rifle it came in on.

    It may, If they are eating ok they will be fine but if they stay in season for a bit,then keep an eye on them. I doubt they will have been in season for very long at this time of the year. The most likely culprit is there coat thinning making them look scrawny. Are you doing anything to take them out of season.? I ask because if you are just letting them go through it you need to keep an eye oot for anemea ( weight loss ,lethargy ,loss off appetite and blue tinge to gums)

    Are they in season yet ? Make sure they are eating as per normal and are active enough. They will also look thinner as there coat thins out

When taking advice on this from BASC I was warned that virtually no Scotish force would support a variation for pistol ,other than for Stalkers who could justify it or were employed as a stalker.
