On the 3rd of February we were arrested on reports of badger baiting in Nantwich, Cheshire 4 terriers and 2 bull greyhounds we taken off us by police and RSPCA. Now we have been told by are solicitor and RSPCA that the 4 terriers have been stolen from there kennels in the past week. There was 3 black patterdales 1 bitch 2 dogs and 1 tanned Lakeland bitch. i was the first man in cheshire to be prosecuted for badger digging , my crime was i was caught with 2 dead foxes on a earth the farmer was present with me the cheshire earth stopper saw us & because my spade was stuck in the ground with terriers tied to it that constituded badger digging ,,what a load of bollocks from that day on the farmer banned the hunt from his land ,so thier little stunt backfired good style lol
