I had a similar problem not so long ago, so I tried a long line, walked her straight through a load of sheep that didn't move and she didn't bat an eyelid. Tried it again and again, nothing, little f@cker knows whats on, then as soon as she was off the lead you could tell she wanted to go again and it was only when they started to run. So when I had her on the lead and she so much as looked at a sheep I told her off for it, quite forcefully to the point now where I only have to look at her when she can see one and she'll stop in her tracks.
