  3. Just a reminder that anyopne wanting a portrait must order before end of november to ensure xmas delivery. All portraits done in watercolour. Prices start at £30 for a basic portrait plus p&p. Nothing to pay in advance & if not satisfied with the image I keep it & you pay nothing. Many satisfied customers from this and other hunting sites. paintings posted in protective tube by 1st class post. please see samples. Pm for more info.......
  4. As the ears were normal in that they had hair covering them, I'd suggest its down to the doe being over zealous when cleaning the kits and ending up chewing of the ears. I breed a few litters of pet rabbits and have seen this happen. I have a litter on now and 1 has only 3 feet as the other looks to be chewed off! It still is as agile as the others up to now anyway.
  5. antg heres the staffies I told you about......
  6. I'll check,is spud the whippet or the terrier?

  11. Come over & say hello :clapping: I'll be the englisman with the border terrier, old fawn lurcher, border collie and a GSD cross. What dogs do you take with you? This is Nell, might have a go in the gundog scurry eh
  12. I'll be up there for this, anyone else going?
  13. great news folks.......a guy has managed to catch the ferret in his garden about half a mile away!!! I guess the thieves either dumped him or just let him get away when they broke in & found nothing of value to them. Anyway alls well again. I'd just like to thank everyone who offered help & advice and even replacement ferrets, both from this site & others where I posted him missing.- thankyou everyone
  14. I had a small albino Jill that wasn't mated for 3 years. I kept her & cage spotless even to the point of wiping the ferrets swollen bits to ensureshe didn't get an infection. Each time she eventually came out of season until the 3rd one when she went downhill rapidly and died . Her stomach was very swollen. After that I decided I would not proceed with the unmated jills again. Best bet is to get a "Jaffa" to serve them.
  15. Someone has broken into my daughters ferret court and taken a large sandy hob, last saturday. He's a big gentle, castrated hob but daughter is heartbroken. Its never been used for work was just a pet but a rael character. If anyone hears owt or even finds him please pm me in strictest confidence. Some bloody half cut chavs live near her and are always on the rob, though what they'd want witha ferret is a mystery.....................
