had a big well fed mink in a double entry trap this morning. i left him up on the bank until i had the rest of them checked before i dispached him. 15mins to check the rest and i was back and the cage was empty, the springs and lock bars are all working and in perfect order, 1 of the bars on the door was slightly bent making a gap of no more than an inch and a half wide. definatly no one was around to let him out. Has anyone ever had a mink escape out of these double entry cages or any kind of cage. lesson learnt now to rid of them straight away.

just scraps from the dinner mainly spuds and sometimes pratta dog feed anything that's bright in colour works for me, and a decoy alway's increases your chance's.

iv caught plenty of rooks in the larson trap and found it better to bait it with scraps from the table

no mate cut it out of a car we had at the station it a window wiper motor, the poles a off a old tent, glued them together with a tap of a hammer, a quick spray of paint to give it the camo affect,it not that fast you turn but fast enough going to try a dimmer switch on it to see will it work to slow it down !!!! atb sounder cheer,s for that, just so happens i have 2 of them moters will try and make 1 in the next few evening's,

there a no bother caught, a cage well covered over with some natural follage to give a tunnell affect, quater of a rabbit as bait works amazing, any ammount of them around..march april may tally=37

is there a certain motor you use?? iv never saw 1 and i might have a go a making 1, good luck with it anyway.
