I was talking to a really good chef and he said he's more than happy to do a steak well done. Everyone has different versions of how they like their steak and how they would describe it....you can't fck up well done.....it's just well done. A decent piece of steak, even well done is still a decent piece of steak, with different flavours being brought out the more you cook it, it doesn't always automatically go chewy.
