Been a very hard year, lost drives due to the weather before we even started shooting and birds never properly came onto the food but still broke some records so happy days! Aslong as they can see you have put the work in they have got to understand it doesnt always work

I just have one in each hand mate then its easy to drop a single cartridge in if they only fire one shot, its easier than double gunning

Easy mate, your gun will shoot, break the gun and turn to you, then just chuck more cartridges in! Stand on the peg and don't move mate make the gun turn to you don't chase them about! You should see bit more of the shooting single gunning as well

One of the best shoots in the country mate you will have a cracking day, let us know how you get on

Would it take much moving

Had our first day yesterday, loads of birds about but struggled to get them over the guns, some drives they were being bit lazy and just dipping, the biggest problem was the leaf cover on the trees got all the birds through the drive to the flushing point but there wasn't any windows to let them break through, there will be next week after I've had the chainsaw out! Got the number we were after and all the guns were happy so a good start

They prefer to eat anything other than what your feeding them, you won't get any sense out of them till all the natural foods gone and it gets colder

First day in 3 weeks, on a new estate on the home beat, no pressure! All the dogs are knackered from dogging in so hope its all paid off! Brock
