That dont sound right to me, if you had needed treatment that went up to band B that fee of £59.10 , my dad pays about £ 70 for a scale & polish buts its not an nhs dentist

I do tend to finish most things Phil, its usually running out of materials that stops me , I am quite obsessed once I get going but the downside to these episodes is the compulsion to start another project, the charity shop over the road is a god send for bits & pieces

I use this craft to beat manic episodes , I tend not to get the lows , maybe the odd few days when I think everyone's out to get me or my families in danger , but for me making stuff seems to be the easiest way to fill time & stop me being negative, it might work for people with depression because you have an end product ... I also find using a walking tracker , so I set my phone up to count my steps while I am at work & I find myself wanting to do more steps the next day

I have heard of skullcap & Valerian , I will have a look online for some reviews.. I am willing to try anything to be brutally honest, i will have a look at these Valerian root pills as well.. I have been looking at these adaptil collars but there very pricey & only last a month

This dog has developed a stressy personality , its been quite full on in the last 4 or 5 weeks... she is 18 month old & I am hoping its a teenage thing & she will settle again... she is no fan of other dogs either so my dog walks a wee bit of a challenge at the min I have had a staffy cross before & she was a strange but loveable wee thing but this bull cross is on another level .. anyway back to moulting ...I was looking into ways of lessening stress in dogs & one of the symptoms is excessive shedding of hairs

yes steve this bull terrier cross here sheds white hairs 365 days a year... only thing i do is hoover every day and it helps keeping the dog in the kitchen with me in the day while i tat about doing my craft stuff .. she does spend a lot of the morning on the back which helps with less to clean up

my new phone told me yesterday i would have a 3 min delay on my way home from work... christ knows how it does it... must track my movements as i get an alert at 7.20 pm telling me if the roads clear ? or not but not on the weekend.... its mad.... when i got out of work tonight the road had been cordened off outside my work as the water board had to sort a burst pipe out they dont need to hack or tap folks phones now like that Murdock fiasco a few yrs ago

I have got the one that zooms out 60x you do need a tripod to be able to get moon shots that aren't blurry , having used this sort of camera & a dslr I seriously think the image quality of even an entry level dslr is way better, it makes no difference to me now as a rarely take photos these days , but these zoom compact things are good to stick in your coat pocket on a dog walk

To expect anyone to look after dementia patients in a home environment is a huge ask,its not as simple as just making sure they are dressed & fed & any meds administered, a lot are doubly incontinent , you have to sleep sometimes so unless you have a dedicated army of helpers its near impossible . Sometimes the decision is taken out of familys hands by social services if they cant provide the level of care needed ?

I would be at a loss if I hadn't got a pc/laptop, I pay most of my bills online & bank online , I could live without a mobile .my bloke hasn't had a mobile for over 2 years .
