  1. Jesus Christ, where to f***ing begin....
  2. The problem is my chest to waist ratio is too big, tits wouldn’t help! It’s a gut I need.
  3. Just caught up with S2......... Mate! FYI you might like Longmire. Similar stuff, not quite as grand but very similar, I loved it. This pretty much sums up Yellowstone for me. But this was brilliant. Spoiler! Don't watch if want to watch the series. Also, it's a bit strong if kids are around.
  4. I've probably told this story before. about 6 years ago a few of us from work had a bash at national 3 peaks. I get travel sick and at the time didn't really know how to manage it, other than to be the driver, that stops it. Anyway we did Nevis and then I drove us to the Lakes and we did Scarfell. Two out of our gang of four were clearly not up to it and jacked half way into Scarfell. They were pretty slow going up Nevis tbh. Not gonna lie, I was feeling it coming off the hill at this point and couldn't do the last leg of driving safely, I need sleep. Twenty minutes into sleep and those f***in
  5. Layne's a sport fisherman so he should have a bit of sense compared to the others who I assume are totally green.
  6. I was looking at 3mm just for summer season use. I figure if I take it up seriously then that's when I'm likely to need a 5-7mm suit.
  7. No worries, looked very similar. She's lovely mate.
  8. Basically for snorkelling mate. Eventually i want to dive for lobsters etc and spearfish but ill maybe look at a specialist suit for that, as and when. Ill almost certainly not be swimming in it. Cheers for the suggestion.
  9. So just to clarify, the wetsuit shouldn’t stand-off of your lower back / lumbar slightly? It should be tight?
  10. Thats where one of these came from i think. I've read loads and none the wiser, hence this thread. I'm just not sure if my proportions mean I'm a bit of a special case. Lol. Just need a tighter waist, everything else is snug as f**k, but any smaller size wise and I'd struggle everywhere else, especially in the chest/shoulder region.
  11. Bought eighty quid worth of mask snorkel and fins a couple weeks back in newquay and had an hour with it in just shorts in Dorset. First time snorkelling and it was f***ing awesome. Just practicing everything and having a bit of fun. Jelly fish got me apparently. Lol. I'm off to Brisbane in November and want to swim with dolphins etc. Next summer I want to properly spear fish with a view to some more foreign adventures. Just gaining experience and confidence in the short term.
  12. I live Nott’s but I’d be in the water around Dorset and Cornwall. I think a summer suit will be fine and then get a thicker proper spearo suit in the future. Other more exotic destinations I should be alright with just a rash guard.
  13. I might just have to send these back and wait until I can find a shop. Just not the area for them is the problem. Also that is exactly what I want mine for
  14. Cheers mate. It’s certainly a more renowned brand than gul. Im not sure if it’s just gul but I have a 42” chest and a 30” waist. It doesn’t really fall on a size nicely.
  15. Need some fitting advice. I'm trying to buy a summer suit and have no great experience of them. I've got sort of funny measurements and I'm struggling to get a tight waist fitting. The small of my back has a air pocket. It's a gul flexor I'm trying, are gul known for suiting fat people (I'm not fat)? What brand should I be looking at? Cheers
  16. Anybody used KUHL Clothing? Looks hard wearing and well fitting stuff. I tried on a pair of their Rydr trousers yesterday and they fit lovely! I might buy a couple pairs as a general purpose bottom.
  17. That didn't come from Dorset by any chance?
  18. In fairness the lad has always been sound with me. I hope he stays sensible and rule abiding, lol.
  19. It’s dogfox, lol. He ain’t fishing, he seems to have had an interest in steroids for ages.
  20. Nah, modern day cowboy ranchers that are basically gangsters fighting to hold back outside influence wrecking the ranch and life in the Yellowstone.
  21. For anyone else reading, Yellowstone is a lot like Peaky Blinder.......... if the peaky blinders were cowboy ranchers with helicopters and machine guns.
  22. @W. Katchum you watched any of S2? I tried the other day on a site my mate suggested but lost patience with the shitty site within 30 seconds! Apparently they don't pull any punches this season.
