  1. Is it wood or a synthetic stock ? Think you may find £399 is a little too much for a 2 yr old gun ......... It is a wooden stock.I can only come down in price,if their is an offer on the table i am sure we could negotiate.

Some very interesting comments on the choice of .22 rifles.I have had several .22 rifles since i started shooting,going right back to a Weatherby Berretta in 1994,a Ruger 10/22 and a cz452 silouette,I also had the cz 17hmr. Yep after taking 2 days off work to get out with the ferrets that big load of snow has ruined things again.I enjoy any kind of weather as it is ill prepared clothing that spoils a good day and not the weather imo,however the snow on the roads stops me getting the places i want.Never mind hopefully pick a few tips up reading through these great forums. Just wondering how high some people have to go to get to there grounds I have no problem in getting up to the burys with the quad,however i cant get the quad to the grounds in the first place however when i do get it here it is so peaceful and quiet and after 17years on this permission i have yet to see anyone while i am here ,usually on my own but when the weather decides to change and the wind and rain come i wish that i could just hop into the car and stay dry.But we always find something to moan about.Not sure how to get the words under the pictures.Help please and will someone please

Hi everyone ,i am new to this site.I have looked over several other sites and this by far has the most members and subjects.I am 40 yrs old and have been involved in shooting and fishing since about 10yrs.I have 6 ferrets and a 12 week old jack russel,hoping to work along side the ferrets.I also own 12g and a 4.10 hushpower,2x .22 rimfires.i do most of my shooting/ferreting in the Dales and more than not i go on my own.I have picked up the basics and dont do that badly but could do with someone elses views at times,i use long nets for the sets rather than purse nets and sometimes get things to
