hi lads just a quick update well i finally got the zeroing problem sorted and it was all down to pellets with the s200 i tried a few and ended up with jsb exacts .177 pellet on pellet at 30mtrs and no change in the poi until 35 mtrs and with the hw100 same i tried a number of different pellets but ended up with jsb exacts .22 with cracking results i scored for a set of xd optics 10x40x50 competition scopes so now all i need to do is get used to the new combo .... on a down side my trusted tasco's packed up on me :wallbash: the side windage wont adjust so wor kid has lent me a set

how do lads well after a week in scotland i deserved a couple of hours relaxing .. so when shannon asked to go shooting i thought i was only fair to go and in the truck shannon threw down the gauntlet ..dad she says today in a competition and im gonna kick ur butt so we get to the permission and it all begins 27mtrs i didnt even get a look in shannon drops to her knee and squeezes off the 1st (ive trained her well )you couldnt get a better placement than this this could be a bad day for the old(ish) man so with this i left her in her normal sniping point and i went to wonder

hi lads try bringing the bisley pest controls down to 14/15 mtrs heres my results with them mate my best pellet to date are jsb exacts pellet on pellet at 30mtrs and shooting drawing pin heads for fun atb gary -

its got me to i know he got it along time ago but it is like new its 22 and very powerful i noticed the bluing is of high quality glossy type not like webly or logun they seem matt or duller looking it is a gemini .. the one in the picture is a 177 twin shot ...but you can get the multi shot conversion kit for them ... atb gary

lemon juice!!!! works every time before you handle it wash your hands in lemon juice you only need to do it a few times and your ferret will soon get the message and stop biting you atb gary

hi buddy dont take what people say to heart its just good advice at the end of the day the well being of you ferret is far more important then your inexperience why not wait till next season and go do some reading up on it or if you dont want to ask questions on the open forum you could always pm someone and ask most of the lads on here are all sound and are only willing to give advice .. atb gary

if shannon had done it there might not have been the odd flyer lol all ive got to do now is suss out where the sweet spot is im pumping it up to 190 which i think might be a but to much alot of people have said there sweet spot is about 165 .. atb gary

hi lads heres a quick update i was getting worried its was the gun but after a pellet change it went from this to this the centre circle is the inner ring of the mag the outer is the outer ring of teh s200 mag probs about the size of a 10p there was a couple of flyers but once zero'd (at 30mtrs)in the bull took a beating what i was amazed at was after the zero i went to 10mtrs ..20mtrs..40mtrs there was no change in the poi from 10 to 30 mtrs and only 1.5 hold over at 40mtrs so my s200 does not like bis mags ...but seems to like fx now ive just got to get used to it atb g

cheers buddy im hoping the problem was the mag/bolt aliagment <<< must learn to spell that word lol ,,theres an adjuster screw which ive reset and its cocking ok now the bolt seems alot better as well ill try the other pellets and see what is better cheers bud gary

well im hoping ive found the problem mag/bolt miss alingment <<< spelling but we all know what it means lol (i hope) ive adjusted the screw and the mags now rotating the way it should and the bolt seems loads better so i just have to try it now ... atb gary
