single strap bags are a pain in the ass because if you crouch etc they swing round in front of you. i think i am going to settle for a small canvas rucksack so i have rooms for the game a drink and possibly some binos and lunch i might have bagged another field on my main permission which is 'crawling' with rabbits and we've all heard that before.

that sunshade one sounds a good idea, aaron thanks for your help i meant something to carry what i have shot in like the odd bunny and pigeon. as for pellets i want something easy to load up quickly and access quickly for a followup shot just as a precaution. i might try and get a cheap bum bag or something i was thinking of a belt pouch but it needs to be quiet as well those little stiff leather round pouches with the popper closure have caught my eye, there are a few on ebay. has anyone got any experience with them? can you get flexible rubber tube with a 40mm inside diameter as

http://www.surplusandadventure.com/shop/ar...rka-627279.html i saw this and thought of you guys it looks like ith the removal of a few buttons you could have a perfect longnetting/ferreting coat for an absolute steal of a price . i think i might get one for ferreting and i need to talk to mole catcher about getting a traditional set or some sheet netting i fancy a go at ths longnetting lark and my ferrets are raring to go

i am doing a lot more shooting in my free time now as well as my trapping but there are few things that need ironing out to get more efficent; i usually go for the mooching and stalking approach as i have a lot of ground to cover and shoot from mainly prone, kneeling and sitting (im a terrible unsupported standing shot) ok so i need some small bits of kit to help me out. a pellets pouch or holder becuase i currently put them in my chest pockets and loads are getting bent whilst crawling, i want something cheap and practical no frills something to carry what i shoot in that will no

Hey aaron, Its a nice thought but the answer is an absolute resounding no. I remember getting really frustrated one time I zeroed the Airsporter whilst resting it on a wrapped round bale of silage. Then when I actually held the gun and shot it from my shoulder it was nowhere near zeroed!! You start absorbing some of the recoil before the pellet has left the barrel, so you need to do this when zeroing and shooting for real if you put your hand under the forend of the gun so the recoil will go through your hand and make sure the stock is well in your shoulder you get similar accuracy

they should get this one and a weather link pinned, it would be really useful for all the shooters atb rob

no thanks mate i'm ok , but glad your over that phaseof yours i got a bunny today with the hw90 agreat little stalk i got to about 15 yards (just wanted to push it) perfect head shot on a big doe but on closer inspection it had open wounds on the insides of its knees (back legs) and a deformed left rear leg i thought this was odd becauseit was hopping round fine and was really alert so we havent got mixy round here. i didnt know so i left it for the fox . going out again tonight to a mates whos field has just been cut to sort out a few bunnies that he cant hit
