    Quite correct but there not a bird that rear young very well. I would think if you are catching large numbers you are on land that has a shoot or very near to one. but as soon as they leave the shoot ,lets say onto the boys permission there fair game.its even legal to encourage them onto your own area, I used to have a nice bit of permission surrounded by shoots, good bit of rough shooting to be had there.     From my understanding Thorium cannot sustain a nuclear reaction without constant input of energy unlike Hydrogen which is elementally unstable and enriched Uranium which has a very long half life. Thorium seems to be a very good answer to the energy question. It is able to store the energy and release it safely.
