I used a Nutall terrier with my Harris and they got along just fine, he also worked with saluki, introduced they will work with any dog, its when they don't see the use in the dog the trouble starts imho once they know they provide slips they soon forget their inbuilt prejudice of them

quick update , well int the manning process now, birds bullet proof, no scared of the wold but still knows what he is he jumping to the glove for food and also steppign up nicely, in fact after a few initial hiccups (my bad lol) he has come on as expectedf, still free lofting and he straight to glove when I go in for him, however in field he is really reluctant to go say 20 yds to glove, now last year I did the classical start and had this nailed before ggoing to next stage (lure return) however he just seems stubborn to it this year, so out comes the lure from frustation, (I know we

see ginger you made it work pal, it looked liek you was gunna have to pack up iirc, howeevr with a few adjusts you still right in there, sure you up at crack of dawn but hey its welkl worth the sacrifice aint it pal, Im up daft o clock jogging dogs in dark, then home feed em and off out to get bird worked with or lure work for exercise, then back home dogs out for walk, donbe be 8am quick brekky off to work, all done for the day, arrive home next day and out with dogs for jogging or walk , some days its work for em hunting, then afternoon or evening birds out exercisied or hunted, again job do

this is maybe a step in the right direction, however its the wall of silence that surrounds these thieving twats , that allows them to operate at will, the collar suffers some of the setbacks GPS falcon telemetry suffers , blackspotting, I was once considering try a falconry GPsd sytem to find me bird when lost however it sends txt and map location etc to a mobile, so over the next few motnh I looked at my signal in spots wher eI hunt me birds and dogs and fook me its nearly always a blackspot or poor reception, so until the realtime aspect and signal improves Im out on the falcon side of gps

where there is a will there is usually a way,. I work 24 hr shifts start at 10am one day finish 10am the next day travel takes an hour and a half either way if all connections are made on time if not longer.
