you can have a shotgun (providing you have a SGC) from as low as age as 12 but you need to be accompenied by an adult. i dont know what age you can start shooting without the supervison of an adult. i think its 16 or 18.
never heard of huss being caught round there. i either fly fish for bass off the beach or go up to the headland and get mackeral on feathers and float fishing.
i have heard a lot of you talking about follow through and i just wanted to know...what is it ?
i think its something to do with when you pull the trigger but what else?
thanks aaron
thank you very much to oldtrapcollector for giving me 10 snares for my birthday. these will really help me get more rabbits as my old snares are battered. one question: i know how to make tealers (from Woodgas dvd which he gave me for free! big thank you to woodga as well!) but what type of wire should i use and what thickness? thanks again to oldtrapcollector and woodga!
they must be got a lot quicker by the mr.fox, what with being not dull colours anything. i have seen a small white songbird before, looked like a finch, never seen anything else like it before.
Hey, isn't it about time you went back to Germany? I heard they've finished those moleskin lederhosen you ordered...
:clapper:
yeah i am slightly confused asbout the general lisence for cymru as well, and i can speak fluent welsh maltenby!
done that with the safteyn on with what seems like a perfect shot and you just here a click of trigger only mving a tiny bit noticing the safety is on!
The Newport Wildfowlers Young Shots Day takes place on Saturday May 30 at Park Farm near Cwmbran. I think they offer a chance to try shotguns, air rifles and muzzle loaders. i'll be there and any other young shots on this site can come along to as its free! there'l also be a ferreting display i think.
see you there!
Aaron
lucky chafficnh! same thing happend to me except it was woody wich flew into my window. i dont know what made it fly into my window (insanity?, suicide?) but it wasnt as lucky as that little bird as it was stunned and couldent fly so i ringed its neck and ate it.
it will be fine for rats, feral pigeons and squirrels but i think rabbits and woodys might be pushing it a bit. get a 4x40 or a 6x40 scope should do you fine, although they'll be about 10-15 quid. john darling does good airgun hunting books. 'total airgun hunting' is good.
