  1. a bb gun which could put big dents in tin cans and even bigger dents in my brothers arse as i discoverd ! lighting xl. first gun i ever shot was a .22 rimmy when i was 9. i only had 10 shots and the onwer had to hold it as well but i enjoyed it all the same.
  2. I got the 300 Lumen version from ebay with all the extra's, batteries are re-chargable. I got it all for less than £20 so keep looking on ebay I have the Tesco Torch which I was impressed with until I actually took it out into the field I would highly recommend the 300 version over the Tesco in the field its not as good as a big lamp, but out to 40 yards or so, its good enough, and eyes light up at a lot further range http://cgi.ebay.co.uk/UltraFire-CREE-300Lu...id=p3911.c0.m14 Phantom how does that attach to your scope with that mount?
  3. http://direct.tesco.com/search/default.asp...amp;confirm.y=0 THERE YA GO BUDDY. NOT SURE IF ITS THE £35 OR THE £13 ONE THOUGH.

  6. i owned my lighting xl for a while and i though it was an accurate gun getting 1 inch groups at 20 yrds. but now i've baught my s400 my lighting is reserved for when my freinds come round and want to shoot tin cans! i can get 0.5" groups at 35 yrds with my s400!!!! only one downside is having to fill it up all the time. go for a pcp mate!
  7. neck wow that really is stipped of meat. maybe a full fox just taking a nibble? i would say a badger but you said there are none in your area.
  8. yes but if i wound something then its a one off. he took 3 shots at that rabbit and not one of them hit where they were supposed too.
  9. i find it hard to judge range when shooting up in trees as well. heres a method i learned from ray mears himself (it takes a little bit of hassle and you need a mate but this is the only thing i can think of): get a stick and pace backwards from the tree you going to shoot onto until the stick looks the same hieght as the tree. then turn the stcik from the tree making sure the bottom end of the stick looks like its touchin the trunk of the tree at the bottom. then get your mate who is standing by the tree to walk out from the tree in 1 yard steps until he reaches what looks like the end of th
  10. good vid! sorry mate but giving a rabbit about 3 bodyshots and letting it run off to die in pain is no laughing matter you shouldnt have been shooting if you are wounding animals...

  17. i have a lightning .22 with a gas ram and it works really well! only problem is the silencer is completely loose (held on with tape) and the screws witch attach the stock to the action have sheared off (held on with cable ties) and the litttle bit over the silencer at the end has been lost. many scratches and very worn barrel so is not accurate past 20 yrds. you can have it for £50 pound if you want mate . but very powerful and doing 11.7 ftibs.
  18. nice bit of kit! always wanted a pistol. whats it charged by, pcp or co2
