i think lads doing big numbers are putting the shift in day and night,and good on them,they want to see the bunny population remain high so they can keep going at them,so they like to harvest them ,it gives room for more to come on,otherwise some fella would gas them if out of control

i hunt alot up high scotland,theres no shortage of rabbits thats for sure, but its all well keepered and they aint friendly,keep yor head down and watch your back

check this out,2 lads lamping up scotland ,drive down a very remote road,with open moor land either side ,they seen a deer on the left of the van ,turned lights off,sent the dog over sheep fenceing and stood at the side with lamp as road was higher than ground so had a good view of run,dog ran over but halfway across no sign of dog,they lamped but no sign ,so one lad went over fence to find dog ,in a few hundred metres he seen dog standing in bog looking out into darkness,fella called dog but did not respond,when he got to dog he put light out across moor and seen eyes of deer,grabed dog on c

i have no axe to grind with anyone, but i seen DONS sister work recently,and i can honestly say she was possibly one of the best bitches i seen working,she totally suprised me for such alot of collie,but what i did notice is she had such determination ,i seen her take 52 rabbits on her own one night,following night she took a few hares,7 to be exact,might not seem alot compared to what some lads would get,but we also put a couple of beast in the van same night,all with her only,no secound dog with us,i was well impressed as the old boy that owns her said its all for a bit of sport,lovely fella
